Have fun upgrading yourself

your tribe

your community for upgrading your mental & physical health

H3 is a collection of 20 (and rapidly growing) unique humans who love doing things that make their bodies feel good. Every month, we gather and discuss a theme related to thriving. Every week we biohack together, whether in the sauna, at the gym, or up a mountain.

caution

do not apply unless you fulfill these prequisites

☑️ You have formal or informal training in the scientific method.
☑️ You have read at least 1 book about health or longevity.
☑️ You have a clear, defined regimen for your fitness.

discussions

learn the latest tools from your peers

Every month, we discuss a new topic. We go deep. Previous discussions have focused on the science of behavior change, happiness, and nutrition.

exercise

challenge & raise your physical limits

We hike mountains, hit the gym, and go to fitness classes. But always, we make it fun and ask each other meaningful questions.

retreats

get away from the city & digital-detox

We love booking Airbnbs and making get-aways. Ski trips, surf trips, or mountain cabins. We host these regularly.

accountability

adopt habits & commit to new behaviors

At the end of each monthly discussion, each member commits to a new habit. They have the option to put money into a shared pot to increase their chances of compliance.

first-timer offer

submit an application to attend one free event

We want to make sure you're a good fit. So come attend one of our gatherings for free. All you have to do is apply beforehand.

origin

why kevin, heather, and I started it

"The quality of a person's life is most often a direct reflection of the expectations of their peer group." — Tony RobbinsWe love science and self-improvement. So we combined the two and started inviting our friends to discussion nights. We've always wanted a community of people who share our values for fun, health, and personal growth. The three of us have known each other for years. Heather and I went to UBC together, and Kevin and I were festival medics together.
